Our recruiting team identifies and provides contract professionals, in multiple industries and functions, including Recruitment Specialists, Furniture Installation Technicians,
Human Resources, Manufacturing, IT and S/W development, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Accounting and Finance, Healthcare,
Operations and various corporate functions.
Contractors are W2 employees of Relick Services, working onsite with your company. They are available for 3+ month assignments, are
background checked and drug tested at our cost and we also conduct 3 professional references.
Relick Services carries Errors & Omissions insurance and commercial general liability insurance of $2,000,000.
Gross Margins include all of the matching taxes, Workman's Compensation costs, Unemployment Insurance Costs, benefits,
Liability Insurance, etc. Our margins are very competitive because of our lean business model, and we pass that savings
on to our clients.
We provide a dedicated team to support our client's recruitment needs. Our team members work virtually
and are able to provide the following services to our client:
- Opening and posting requisitions in Applicant Tracking System & online
- Scheduling interviews for Hiring Managers, coordinating candidate's travel, etc.
- Preparation and sending candidate interview itineraries
- Preparation and sending offer letter for candidates
- Follow up with candidate questions, concerns, communication
- Conduct background check & drug testing
- Communicate regularly with Recruiter they support for any other needs
- On boarding and sending welcome packet to candidate
- Closing requisitions in Applicant Tracking System and sending communications to candidates
Sourcing of job boards, internal database, LinkedIn and other resources to provide increased candidate flow to open reqs
Full cycle managing of requisitions, resume review, hiring manager contact, candidate phone interviews and more.
Relick Services carries errors & omissions insurance and commercial general liability insurance of $2,000,000.
All of the above services are bid and billed at an hourly rate, for the hours that are incurred on a given project. Relick
Services only bills for actual hours incurred and does not bill based on total hours estimated or bid. . Detailed reports of hours billed
are provided to our clients on a bi-weekly basis.
Outsourcing teams are employees of Relick Services and our gross margins include all of the matching taxes, workman's

Hourly Sourcing and Screening Services
Our Recruiting and Sourcing specialists provide hourly candidate sourcing and screening for clients.
Hourly sourcing includes any part or all of the candidate sourcing life cycle, event/project management,
candidate tracking, etc. These services are available across multiple industries and all functions of
our other services. They are cost efficient and highly effective for our clients in corporate candidate
sourcing functions, in both virtual and physical hiring events. This service is scalable, to expand and
contract according to our client's recruitment volume and needs. Because we bill an hourly fee for this service,
any and all candidates generated that our clients hire are at no additional charge.
Direct Hire Placements
Our Direct Hire Team sources, qualifies and presents top notch candidates for select
established clients and supports the full life cycle hiring process. We have recruitment
expertise across multiple industries and functionalities, and work directly with many Fortune
500 and 1000 corporations. This service may be performed on a contingent or retained basis.
